STOP Foreclosure Before the First Tuesday of The MONTH Hits
In Georgia and Texas, foreclosures move quickly.
These are non-judicial foreclosure states, for mortgage foreclosures — that means there are no court hearings, no warnings, and no second chances.
Once your home hits the auction block on the first Tuesday of the month, it’s gone.
And what comes next? Eviction — also known as dispossessory.
Your lender won’t wait. Neither should YOU!
Whether you found me through one of my real estate crisis training videos, a deep-dive on foreclosure prevention, or a live session from one of my coaching programs—thank you for being here.
From helping families navigate divorce and real estate, to guiding homeowners through foreclosure interruptions or empowering the next generation of home buyers, everything I do is rooted in real solutions and real results.
With years of hands-on experience in real estate, finance, and crisis management, I’ve developed the skills, strategies, and systems to help people not only survive—but succeed.
I’m passionate about connecting with people, helping them regain control, and creating a path forward—no matter the challenge.
Welcome to my world. Let’s get to work.
My team is more than just a staff—they are relentless advocates.
Every member is trained, committed, and personally invested in protecting homeowners from foreclosure. We move with urgency, fight with precision, and stand by our clients every step of the way—because saving homes isn’t just our job, it’s our mission.
"We partner with trusted third-party specialists and attorneys who bring additional tools, resources, and strategies to help interrupt the foreclosure process on your home or business.
These affiliates work alongside our team to move quickly, navigate complex situations, and give you every possible advantage to protect your property."
There is NO Statutory Right of Redemption in GA or TX (for mortgage foreclosures). Once your home is sold, it's over. You can’t get it back.
Eviction follows fast. In many cases, within days.
Your equity vanishes. The moment your home is auctioned, any built-up equity is gone — permanently.
Foreclosure ruins your credit for years. Rebuilding takes time and may prevent future homeownership or financing.
You may still owe money. Some auctions don't satisfy the debt, and you could still be sued for the difference, (deficiency judgement) may be entered against you.
Lenders won’t always help. Especially if you're within 37 days of auction — many won’t return your calls or will just string you along.
You still have options — but only if you act now. Time is your most valuable resource.
You’ll learn proven strategies to keep your home for good.
From loan modifications to forbearance agreements, you’ll understand the tools that actually work.
You’ll gain the knowledge to avoid falling back into foreclosure.
We teach you how to rebuild your finances, strengthen your credit, and stay ahead of deadlines.
You’ll understand every option available—so you stay in control.
Whether you want to keep, sell, or transition out of your home, you’ll know your choices and the pros and cons of each.
You’ll learn how to deal with your lender on your terms.
Mortgage companies are not your friends—this training shows you how to communicate, negotiate, and protect yourself.
You’ll see how to turn a foreclosure crisis into a fresh start.
With the right steps, you can emerge stronger—both financially and emotionally.
Who Is This For?
This program is designed for homeowners facing foreclosure in states where foreclosure proceedings move at a rapid pace, often leaving little to no time for traditional remedies. It’s especially for those who have already received a foreclosure notice and need fast, decisive action.
What Is It?
The Foreclosure Tuesday Task Force is a specialized rapid-response team created to help homeowners in urgent foreclosure situations in states with accelerated foreclosure timelines. We provide immediate guidance, resources, and strategies to stop or delay foreclosure and protect your property rights before it’s too late.
Where Does This Apply?
In Georgia, foreclosure auctions are held on the courthouse steps in the county where the property is located, on the first Tuesday of each month between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. The highest cash bidder wins, and ownership transfers immediately—with no right to buy it back after the sale.
When Does This Happen?
In Georgia and Texas, foreclosure sales happen on the first Tuesday of every month. That means the clock is always ticking, and you may have only days—or even hours—to act before losing your home.
